Terms of Service
The rules for using Roadster AI Video, buying credit packs, uploading car photos and sharing the AI-generated videos you make.

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Roadster AI Video (roadster-ai-video.com), operated by TOOLVERSE LTD ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old to use Roadster AI Video. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission to buy credits.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for everything done through your account. You can delete your account at any time under Account → Profile.
Credits and payments
- Videos are paid for with credits from one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and no free trial.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Credits do not expire, are not cash, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Each studio option shows its price in credits before you generate.
- When a generation is confirmed as failed, the credits it reserved return to your balance automatically. A video that finishes but is not to your taste is not a failed generation.
- Credit packs are not refundable once the credits are in your balance, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake, for example a duplicate charge. If you think a charge is wrong, email us.
Your photos
You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store your photo, send it to our AI video providers and process it, only to make the videos you ask for and to run the service. We do not publish your photos, use them in marketing or use them to train AI models.
Upload only photos you took or have permission to use. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and avoid readable number plates.
Your videos
We do not claim ownership of the videos you make. You may download, keep and share them, as long as you follow these Terms and respect the rights of others. Your videos stay private to your account until you share them yourself.
AI results vary. A video may not reproduce every detail of your car, and the same photo and settings can give different results.
AI-generated videos and Tesla
Every video made with Roadster AI Video is an AI-generated, fictional scene. When you share a video, make clear that it is AI-generated. Roadster AI Video is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. Tesla and Roadster are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.
What you must not do
- Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so
- Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of other people without their consent
- Make videos that are sexual, hateful, harassing or that suggest Tesla or anyone else endorses them
- Present a generated video as real footage, or use it to mislead or harass anyone
- Try to get unauthorized access to our systems, overload them, or scrape or resell the service
- Use the service to spread malware or other harmful code
Our content
The site, its design, the stunt templates and their soundtracks belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the service.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other people at risk. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund the unused credits you paid for.
Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that the AI providers we rely on will always be online.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update this page and the date at the top, and we will announce significant changes on the site before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms.
